Our advice to save some time on your visit

Prepare your visit as soon as possible by booking your tickets online. You can benefit from a 10% discount by booking a dated-ticket!

Pay for your parking ticket at your arrival : at the ticket office, on the automatic machines (sheltered near the parking lot at the entrance gate) or directly at the gate when exiting the parking lot. (Daily-rate: 5€)

Check the calendar on the day of your visit not to miss anything happening that day.

We provide special tickets and offers for your visit as a family: learn about our tickets here and about our digital tools (podcasts, mobile apps…).

Specific weather conditions may force us to close access to parts of the gardens for safety reasons.

 

How much time to spend at the domain

You can spend about half a day. We advise to spend the whole day to have time to discover the whole offer. We recommend to spend at least 1h30 in the chateau, 2h in the park. regarding the great stables: 45min in the Museum, 1h30 for the shows, equestrian demonstrations last 30 min.

 

Equestrian Shows

We recommend that you book your tickets for the shows before your visit.

Last admission is 30 min before the beginning of the show.

 

Lockers

Chantilly Domain does not provide lockers. Under France’s Vigipirate national security plan, objects of anykind cannot be storage by our staff.

We ask that you organize yourselves accordingly.

 

Pets

Chantilly domain does not allow pet dogs in, even if held on a leash or in a bag. There’s an exception for service dogs only.

 

Picnic areas

Picnic tables are free to be used in the English garden and next to the Hamlet. There are in open areas and not protected from weather conditions. See our map.

 

Persons with Disabilities

A wheelchair is available on demand to our staff and adapted electric cars can be rented in the park.

Areas that are accessible with a wheelchair: the park, the great suites and great stables, the Museum of horses. The private suites and boutique are accessible through the Capitainerie Courtyard. See our map.

The parking is free for disabled people, when presenting yourself and a paper to our staff.
