Restaurant in the old kitchens of 17th century Chef François Vatel in the château. Open every day for lunch (except Tuesday in low season), tables must be booked in advance. Can seat 120 guests in 3 interconnecting rooms (seating respectively 80, 25 and 15 guests).

Chantilly whipped cream demonstration:

Invented during the Enlightenment era in the Hamlet, Chantilly whipped cream was served during magnificent receptions at the Domain of Chantilly. At the end of the meal, our chef whips the famous Chantilly fresh cream in front of your group in the dining room, and proceeds to serve jars of the freshly whipped cream at each table.

Duration: approximately 15 minutes, during dessert.
