3 stages of selection
1/ Check beforehand that you meet the required criteria for the exhibition:
The exhibition comprises two sections, a "Botanic and Horticultural" section and an "About the Garden" section. As specified in the Exhibitors' Charter, the exhibition does not cater for table ware or house ware for example.
2/ 4 months at latest before each edition (spring / autumn)
Send us an application presenting your activity as comprehensively as possible, including the following elements:
- A detailed presentation of your company and your plants/products
- Catalogue (or list of plants)
- Cultivation information for plants (origin, producer, distributor, etc.) and manufacturing information for products (place of manufacture, materials used, etc.)
- Price list

3/ Submit your application to one of the Steering and Selection committees:
According to your type of activity, your application will be presented to one of the two Steering and Selection Committees that examine applications and select exhibitors.
