An enchanting show for all the family

Beneath the magnificent dome of the Great Stables, discover William Shakespeare’s wonderful comedy, "A Midwinter Night's Dream", adapted as an equestrian show. An enchanting show for all the family, ideal to celebrate the end of year festive season!

A Midwinter Night's Dream

From 1 December 2018 to 6 January 2019

Once upon a time…

The fairies reigned in the forest and had fun changing people’s destiny; elves and goblins, playing lots of tricks, wandered gaily in the undergrowth.

At this time, Hermia was in love with Lysander, against her father’s will, who wanted her to marry Demetrius. To escape from this forced marriage, the two young lovers run away to the forest. Demetrius learns of their escapade and decides to pursue them. Helena, who is unrequitedly in love with Demetrius, in turn follows him.

Enjoy the mischievous antics of Puck, the sprightly goblin accompanied by his dog and his pony, the enthralling Titania, Queen of the Forest on horseback, escorted by her crew of fairies; you will be astonished by the breath-taking aerial dances of the young lovers and the equestrian ballets of our stallions!
